It should be a really great read - unless the translator messed it up. _________________

Silverberg's "Lord Valentine's Castle". To have it signed by the author himself (he came to Poland last week). _________________

Just bought "The Almost Moon" by Alice Sebold (quite liked 'The Lovely Bones') on audio book to listen to whilst I was in Germany (you can only get Radio 5 as far as Antwerp!) and have seldom been guilty of a bigger waste of money- rubbish story, poorly read - I'm almost embarassed to give it to the charity shop! _________________ "Constant Vigilance!" |

Jim Butcher's Fool Moon and George Martin's A Clash of Kings and A Storm of Swords...
It's the end of the semester. I'm rewarding for surviving it _________________ The question that sometimes drives me hazy: Am I, or the others crazy?

Very good book but also sad and depressing (at least for me). "Lavondyss" even more so. _________________

I'm getting a copy of 'Avillion' sent over so I thought I'd give 'Mythago Wood' a go before I read that.
I'm not sure I like the sound of sad and depressing though. I'll end up crying and having to pretend that there's dust in my eye... or something... _________________ Graeme's Fantasy Book Review
