3-1...
Well, at least we gave a good account of ourselves. Now lets see if we can translate that into the league... _________________ Graeme's Fantasy Book Review

Another 3-1 score but this time it's in our favour!
I'm not sure that we're going to make the playoffs, I'm just hoping for a decent run and some good results to take us up to the end of the season... _________________ Graeme's Fantasy Book Review

Think that was our best performance of the season. Two fantastic goals.
We've a really hard run in so if we do make the play-offs we'll have earned it and will be bang in form.
I'm not holding my breath but if we can finish the season strongly, top 6 finish or not, I'll be happy we've latterly made progress. _________________ 'A human with a hand outstretched in friendship carries the fangs of a taipan in his palm.' A TaiGethen saying. |

I'm the same, a strong (and consistent) finish to the season would be good enough for me. _________________ Graeme's Fantasy Book Review

the problem with relagating the team you hate / your rivals...is that you dont get to beat them next season, its a bitter sweet moment!! |

Yes, but we would get the intense satisfaction of knowing they are playing Wycombe and Hartlepool (sorry Geoff Stelling) as equals and that is something to savour. _________________ 'A human with a hand outstretched in friendship carries the fangs of a taipan in his palm.' A TaiGethen saying. |

Given that i would be happy playin them next season im not going to slap them for that, Oxford have gone on a 52 / 55 points run under a new manager, if we win our last game and the 4 teams above us lose their last 2 games (or at least 2 of them do) then we make the playoffs... |

Absolutely. It's a feeling tempered only by the rumours about Neil Warnock being our next manager... _________________ Graeme's Fantasy Book Review

I can't believe, after all the history between Warnock and Ipswich and the factg his brand of fottball is utter crap that we would appoint him. he's really struggled with Palace this year. Done worse than Jim and with a good squad.
I'd be going for Darren Ferguson or wotsisname ex-Chelsea who manages MK Dons. These are guys on the up. _________________ 'A human with a hand outstretched in friendship carries the fangs of a taipan in his palm.' A TaiGethen saying. |

darren fergerson would be a good bet, he has some good ideas and needs a step up to a bigger club, he could follow in his dads foot steps if he keeps taking baby steps towards the prem league |

Well, let's start the new manager debate for real since Magilton has just been sacked...
Please god, not Warnock. I'd rather have Graham Taylor than him, I really would.
Tell you what, I'll set up a poll... _________________ 'A human with a hand outstretched in friendship carries the fangs of a taipan in his palm.' A TaiGethen saying. |

What James said. The thought of Warnock as our manager has got me breaking out in a cold sweat _________________ Graeme's Fantasy Book Review

Oh dear lord, what is happening?
Promotion push or relegation struggle?
Graeme. How depressed are you, my friend? _________________ 'A human with a hand outstretched in friendship carries the fangs of a taipan in his palm.' A TaiGethen saying. |
