This may be a strange question and possibly one already asked before but James, what are you currently reading? And secondly, do you read for inspiration or simply pleasure?
Funnily enough, I always think big time authors must have down days where they can't look at words on a page without retching =P though maybe that's just me. |

I know a few authors who dont read at all because its like going into the office for fun...
Also others who get 5 pages in and cant read another word, or get bored because the plot and its hooks are too obvious.
i'd be interested to know if James can still read books for fun |

I know one Polish fantasy writer who claims he reads no fantasy or s-f at all - only non-fiction. _________________
