I'm joining a local battle reenactment group called Milites De Lindessig who are a local group within the national/international reenactment group called Regia Anglorum.
Just wondered if anyone else was interested in this kind of thing. Or indeed if anyone has done it before.

Well till now my definition of reeenactment is visiting Renaissance/Medieval faires in (more or less) fitting clothes and my new self-sewn linnen-dress looks at least better (and more athentic) than my black corsage/Skirt-Outfit, I had before .
I've thought several times about joining a reenactment-group, but at the moment I don't have that much time for it, apart from that, I'm soon moving so it hadn't much sense to join a group here. _________________ The question that sometimes drives me hazy: Am I, or the others crazy?

The cool thing about being in the group i'm in now, is that although I could just transfer to another group when I move, being in one that is national, I can just transfer.
Sort of like working in a chain superstore but with a sword and shield instead _________________ "I sit on my arse, not my head." - Baron Gresse. |
