Im a going through the week. Wanted to go tonight but a friend had a housewarming party and it seemed wrong not to go. And tomorrow I'm going to see TMNT.

Lou and I went to see this on Thursday night and, quite simply, this is THE must-see movie this year. It's incredible. Easily one of the best big-screen experiences I've had for a long, long time.

Roll on Wednesday afternoon! I'm on leave all week, so I will be going when I'm next in town. Glad to hear it's living up to my expectations - I've been looking forward to this since I saw the trailer.

Not to worry Parm, I adored it enough for the two of us. I just hope it wasn't the big blokes in leather underwear making you feel threatened that spoiled it for you...

Well, I know it's not Wednesday, but I went a day early and thoroughly enjoyed it - sorry, Parm, I'm with the others on this. It perhaps over-used the slow-mo shots at times, but it was a good visual spectacle, and I enjoyed Gerrard Butler's performance - even though it was a little shouty at times. It certainly made the Spartans out to be way cool!

But the film is... it's never pretended it wasn't... but even as a movie, it's brilliant in its own way.
