Sorry if this is in wrong section, didn't know where to put it. Recently found out james is going to be speaking few minutes from my house at leicester uni and all the tickets are all gone so i was wondering if anyone had got any and can't go or anything? Or maybe wants to sell them for a very modest amount (i'm a poor student!). Anyhows, worth a try! _________________ "Rhyming monkeys are rarer!" |

Lou and I should be there, providing my bosses are benevolent fellows and allow me the Friday off. Which they should... I'm ever so good and working so hard...
It's, I believe, a workshop of sorts on combat scenes and dialogue which, as we all know, is bread and butter to our host, so it should be extremely informative and, for those going, a very useful session. Should be plenty to learn!
James... you're not setting homework though, are you...?? _________________ Pagan Music |

Blimey Drizzt, that's some sort of hike for you and Lou (I know, I know - you've decided to use the car ) and shows dedication above and beyond the call of duty
And Will, they're not tickets as such just a place reserved in your name so if I were you I'd turn up anyway and wing it, can't see them not letting you in _________________ "Constant Vigilance!" |

I'm guessing you're there too, then Jovial
Oh, and Drizzt, your bosses will be allowing you to come after the trouble we had actually speaking to a human to reserve the places. _________________ "I sit on my arse, not my head." - Baron Gresse. |

yeah might as well blag myself inside, maybe pretend i travelled all the way from london for it or summthing, dishonest but hey, all's fair in love, war and fantasy events. I got a shirt made for Altfiction I'll get to wear sooner as well, reads "Barclayite, who said the main characters are invincible?". _________________ "Rhyming monkeys are rarer!" |

I'll put in a good word for you, Will. As it isn't a health & safety issue, they'll probably put out another chair and, as Jovial says, worth turning up since someone is almost certain not to show (loser, whoever it is, naturally, but that's life).
Cheers

The events in Leicester generally sound very good.
Sorry I can't be there, but I'm away that week. Sure it'll all go well; very pleased to hear it's a sellout.
