Hello everyone, was just wondering if anyone did any martial arts of any sorts?
I myself am a member of the BCKA (British Chinese Kickboxing Association) and take part in Kickboxing and Lau Gar Kung Fu, absolutely loving them, specially Kung Fu

Ayup. I used to do Karate, but didnt keep it up long. My fiance (Drizzt on here), used to do Karate and currently does Wing Chun, Kung Fu.

My brother is a master of Kickboxing... I really amazed of his performance.

I studied Wado Ryu karate when I was at college in Sheffield.
Fantastic sport. Loved it. Think I might be too creaky to go back to it but much was learned about self-defence, self-control and the lore of Karate.
