Well new season kicked off last night, and after an impressive pre season i was hopeful .....

But 30 seconds after a barrow player clattered into one of ours the commentators waffled about how leniant the ref was only 8 yellows all last season....a few mins later one of Oxfords players does a similar, if less nasty tackle and the ref flashes a red card, 30 mins in and we are down a player, yet we hang on, in the second half we are everywhere you would think they were down a player....and yes you guessed it, against play they socre 1 so we chase the game, they score 2 we chase harder...totall open while pushing to score they come and break for a 3rd goal.

the first 2 were the keepers fault, unfortunatly down to our 3rd keeper because of injuries from preseason, he was out of position for the free kick, and he let the striker conn the ref for the second (penalty).

I hope this sint another season of heartbreak...we are a league club and should not be down in the conference
