Whilst browsing my local charity shop less than ten minutes ago i was amazed when i saw the name James Barclay staring at me from the top shelf of books. I got all excited and wished it was noonshade (which i need to read) alas...it was Dawnthief (For 25p!). Not content with letting this amazing book gather dust on a shelf i decided to buy it. I didn't have enough money though. The book had allready suffered hardship at the hands of it's previous owner...A CHARITY SHOP, WHY ON EARTH WOULD ANYONE GIVE A BARCLAY NOVEL TO A CHARITY SHOP? I really...really couldn't let it stay there, so i rescued it! I say rescue, more of "excuse me Miss charity shop lady...you like fantasy books? READ THIS!" and she got all excited, so hopefully i've won Mr. B a new fan.

Thanks for reading.

People are stupid. I guess not everyone can have such a good taste in books as we do. In this particular charity shop i've found atleast 5 copies of The Da Vinci Code...it's a religious charity shop Very Happy

I can't stop buying books from the Oxfam near work!! They have a dedicated F/SF shelf so I go in nearly every day to check theres nothing new in that I want and I can't keep up with the growing pile on my floor.
