I'm going to fly over for the FantasyCon this year so I hope I can look forward to meeting multiples of forumites in my couple of weeks in the United Kingdom
In fact, Michelle's taking some time off work so we can hang out together, and she's accompanying me to FantasyCon as well
Anybody else going(aside from James, of course ) _________________ Ian Fulguirinas(dragonkillernz) |

Not sure I can afford it this year... becoming an entrepreneur can be a tad pricy and I chose now to start it _________________ "I sit on my arse, not my head." - Baron Gresse. |

Great news about you flying over Ian, especially after we briefly met in NZ. The bad news from me is that I'm not going to be able to go. I do have a valid excuse though (am gutted that I can't go, with James being GoH) - I'm going to become a father for the first time in mid-September (will also post this in the Good News thread)! _________________ If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine. |

Well, I'll have to stop by and say hi then, seeing as we're old friends and all
I'm really looking forward to meeting people here (I suppose I may as well meet some of my extended family while I'm over there as well, I guess ) _________________ Ian Fulguirinas(dragonkillernz) |

Looks like a definite no for me I've confirmed I won't have enough and plus as well as starting up a business, i'll have moved 170miles further up north not too long beforehand so the trip down, plus tickets on top of other things is going to be a bit much. _________________ "I sit on my arse, not my head." - Baron Gresse. |

That does seem a bit steep. The trick is to pre - book for the whole weekend at the reduced rate of ?25 at the end of last year's convention. You can cancel it and get a refund up til end of May I think. Of course that is no use for this year, but for the future.... _________________
