I went to see James Bond yesterday night - really enjoyed it - but was as giddy as a little child with an excess of sweets when I saw this:
http://www.transformersmovie.com/
Transformers the movie!
This takes me back to my childhood, I was a massive fan of the cartoons, and I hope that the film lives up to my expectations. Has anyone heard good/bad rumours about the film? Is anyone else excited? Am I living in my own little Max world here?!?! _________________ If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine. |

I've known about this (and wanted someone to talk to about) for months now! none of my friends are into it very much, as we were all pretty young when the original was on, but i still remember them all and still love it.
My only hope is they dont ruin it. i have the soundtrack to the original movie playing right now as it happens _________________

I used to like the Autobots, but as I've grown up and become a little darker, I'm kinda hoping that the Autobots take a pasting and Megatron and his gang win!!!
I always wanted a Megatron toy, but had to make do with Dirge, Optimus Prime, and a ocuple of the Dinobots... _________________ If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine. |

I remember the cartoon when I was a kid. I loved Transformers. I've now got the transforming noise in my head!
I used to pretend to be Optimus Prime as a sprat.
I'm personally wetting myself in anticipation. I'll be going to see it with the boy.
Hopefully, it'll be great. _________________ "Man, all this prolonged exposure to radiation is making me thirsty." |

I really want to hear Optimus Prime utter the words "Autobots transform and roll out!" one more time.
So yeah... I'm anticipating the movie with more than bated breath. _________________ "Right so we're going to steal a bomb that can be remote detonated, take it back to our base and then huddle around it? That sounds like a great plan." |

I'd forgotten about that line!
I checked out their website the other day and there was a competition for words Prime would say in the film. The winner is: "Freedom is the right of all sentient beings". I wonder if he is standing in front of an American flag, with smoke drifting in front of him (Independence Day, anyone?!) _________________ If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine. |
