Wow only 4 weeks to Christmas.

I'm beginning to plan my Xmas viewing based on the trailers and previews I'm seeing.

My can't miss so far are:
Doctor Who - The Christmas Bride - BBC1
Terry Pratchetts - The Hogfather - Sky

Any others to watch out for?

Me neither; it was so sad! Sad

Can't wait to see Hogfather. Did anyone watch the animated Soul Music they made ages ago?

But he didn't die though. His soul just infected the snowman for a while so he could go party with Santa.

Saw the BBC advert for their Christmas programes and I want to watch ALL of them!!!

Doctor Who was in it, as was a remake of Dracula with Marc Warren and something with Billie Piper.

Christmas Radio Times will be out soon so then it will be time to plan the Christmas viewing Very Happy

ooh I like Marc Warren.

Isn't the Billie Piper thing an adaptation of a Philip Pullman book:

And notice they are making His Dark Materials Trilogy into a film!! Very Happy

Marc Warren is great!!

You are quite correct Lizzy, the Billie thing on BBC One is The Ruby In The Smoke. She's also done Mansfield Park for ITV 1 over Christmas too. I like Mansfield Park so I shall be giving that a watch too Smile

Got the bumper edition of the Radio Times and this year Christmas telly looks pretty good. The Vicar of Dibley Christmas special this year is the very last in the series. It co-stars Richard Armitage as a 'tall, dark, handsome stranger'. I'm going to guess they're will be some smooching involved, I don't think Dawn French would pass up the opportunity Wink

Bridget Jones Diary is great fun. No need to blush Kerela. I watched it again the other day and it never ceases to be damn entertaining.

The bit where Hugh Grant and Colin Firth are fighting has to go down in realistic scrapping history. Just so funny Laughing

It is part of my necessary Christmas veiwing as is The Nightmare Before Christmas Very Happy

Jen, have you or anyone else seen Nightmare before Christmas 3D yet?

I'm a huge fan of the original and was just wondering what 3D brought to it?

I love the fighting too, and the second one has just a good fight scene in it. They are both excellent films. Apparently she is writing a third book
